Disorder TV Session – Alberta Cross with Isolation & Western Front

Although based in New York City with a heavily Southern sound, don’t be tricked; he’s actually Swedish. Singer, guitarist, and founding member Petter Ericson Stakee of Alberta Cross recently released their latest album to raucous acclaim. Despite the band’s history of playing great festivals like Glastonbury and Reading alongside supporting illustrious bands such as Oasis, Neil Young, and Mumford and Sons, question marks were raised when co-founding member Terry Wolfers left in 2013. The new line-up along with their new album Western State, however, blows all doubts away. Folksy and impeccably talented, we managed to trick Petter Ericson Stakee into the Disorder office with false promises of guitar strings and anagrammed names to play two of his latest tracks for us. Check out this live session of Isolation & Western Front.
